Napier Legal charges clients on a time spent basis. We use a computerised time recording system that enables us to provide a comprehensive report to our clients so that they can monitor the work done, personnel involved and time spent on each item.

Napier Legal charges only ‘real' disbursements and does not charge "postage and petties" type disbursements or photocopying charges. Only real disbursements are charged where incurred with the cleint's prior instructions.
