Stephen Power, former founding Partner of Salter Power and its Managing Partner, has over 20 years experience in advising participants in the resources industry in Australia and overseas. Stephen has extensive experience in all facets of commercial underwritings, listings and mergers and acquisitions. Stephen routinely advises in all stages of resources operations from exploration to production including project assessment, structuring and financing.

Mark Rodda has both private practice and in-house legal experience. Prior to its 2007 takeover by Norilsk Nickel, Mark held the position of General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for LionOre Mining International, a company with operations in Australia and Africa and listings on the TSX, LSE and ASX. Mark has considerable practical experience in the management of local and international mergers and acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, corporate and project financing transactions and corporate restructuring initiatives.
